Job Description
Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Full Time (Term Time Only)Start: September | Monday – Friday
\nWe are currently working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Wigan area who are looking to appoint a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their nursery provision from September.

\nRole Responsibilities:

- Support children aged 2–4 through a mix of structured and play-based learning \n
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS \n
- Support early development in communication, literacy, numeracy and physical skills \n
- Maintain a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment \n
- Complete observations, assessments and progress records \n
- Support daily routines including settling, toileting, transitions and snack times \n
- Act as a key worker, monitoring and reporting on children’s progress \n
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, staff and families \n
- Provide intimate care where required (including nappy changing) \n
- Work closely with colleagues and external professionals to support children with SEND \n
- Uphold safeguarding policies and prioritise the welfare of all children \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential) \n
- Experience working within an Early Years setting \n
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework \n
- A nurturing, proactive and team-focused approach \n
