\nThe Opportunity
\nWe're working with a growing consumer business that's investing heavily in its technology function and looking to appoint a Junior Application Support Analyst.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience to develop their career within Application Support and Business Systems. You'll work across a range of core business applications, supporting day-to-day operations while gaining exposure to system enhancements, integrations and technology projects.
\nIf you're looking to build your technical knowledge within a supportive team and broaden your experience beyond traditional IT support, this is a fantastic opportunity.
\nWhat You'll Be Doing
\nApplication Support
\n- \n
- Provide first-line support across a range of core business applications \n
- Investigate system, order and inventory-related issues \n
- Troubleshoot application problems and escalate more complex issues where required \n
- Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles \n
Project Support
\n- \n
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes and enhancements \n
- Support configuration and implementation activities \n
- Work alongside third-party technology partners on project delivery \n
- Keep project plans and support tickets up to date \n
Continuous Improvement
\n- \n
- Develop expertise across the organisation's application landscape \n
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements \n
- Help improve support processes and documentation \n
About You
\nWe're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, has excellent attention to detail and is keen to develop a career within Business Systems and Application Support.
\nYou'll ideally have experience with:
\n- \n
- 1-2 years' experience within Application Support, IT Support or Business Systems \n
- Exposure to ERP, CRM or business applications \n
- Experience supporting ecommerce or customer-facing platforms would be beneficial \n
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management \n
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment \n
Any exposure to integrations, APIs, ticketing systems or warehouse management systems would be advantageous but isn't essential.
