We are recruiting for a beautiful, high-quality nursery in Fulham looking for a passionate and committed Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team full-time.

This is a Level 3 essential role, ideal for someone who is passionate about early years education and wants to work in a setting where they are truly valued and supported.

About the role

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will support the delivery of engaging, play-based EYFS learning experiences that promote curiosity, independence, and development across all seven areas of learning.

You will work as part of a friendly and professional team to create a safe, nurturing, and language-rich environment where children can thrive.

You will carry out observations and assessments, contribute to learning journeys, and support strong communication with parents and carers.

What we are looking for (Level 3 essential)

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (ESSENTIAL)

• Experience in an EYFS nursery setting
\n
• Strong understanding of EYFS and Development Matters
\n
• Ability to deliver engaging, child-led learning
\n
• Experience with observations and learning journeys
\n
• Understanding of SEND and EAL support
\n
• Warm, reliable, and professional approach
\n
• Strong safeguarding awareness
\n
