\nThey are looking for an experienced Data & Reporting Analyst to support a critical programme of work focused on reporting delivery, data quality improvement, and backlog reduction. This role will play a key part in providing accurate management information, supporting stakeholder decision making, and leading a significant data administration and migration work stream across multiple business systems.
\n\nDescription
\nAs the Data & Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for producing business critical reporting, supporting analytical requests, and driving improvements across data management processes.
Key responsibilities include:\n- \n
- Produce and deliver accurate monthly reporting packs and ad hoc analysis to support business and executive decision-making. \n
- Consolidate, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources to provide actionable business insights. \n
- Own and support key data administration and migration activities, including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation. \n
- Improve data quality, integrity, and consistency across business systems and reporting outputs. \n
- Help reduce and clear existing data and reporting backlogs while ensuring timely delivery of stakeholder requests. \n
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and AI-enabled solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy. \n
- Collaborate with Finance Operations and wider business stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements. \n
- Provide clear communication, updates, and recommendations throughout project delivery and discovery activities. \n
Profile
\nA successful Reporting/Data Analyst should have:
\n- \n
- Experience in a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar analytical role. \n
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate, combine, and analyse complex datasets. \n
- Strong understanding of reporting, analysis, and data management processes within commercial or project-based environments. \n
- Experience working with large data volumes, including validation, cleansing, and reconciliation activities. \n
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy. \n
- Experience working across multiple business systems and databases. \n
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and deliver results within tight timescales. \n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. \n
- \n
- SQL expertise, including data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. \n
- Experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. \n
- Exposure to NetSuite, Salesforce, and/or ServiceNow. \n
- Experience working with SharePoint and collaboration platforms. \n
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or similar technologies. \n
- Automation, scripting, or full-stack development experience. \n
