A well-regarded independent planning consultancy is seeking a Graduate Town Planner to join its London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate to begin their career in a dynamic environment, working on a wide range of high-quality projects across the capital and beyond.

The RoleWorking alongside experienced planning professionals, you will support the delivery of planning advice and applications across sectors including residential, mixed-use, commercial, and urban regeneration. Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
\n
• Undertaking planning policy research and site appraisals
\n
• Supporting the drafting of planning statements, reports, and supporting documents
\n
• Engaging with local authorities, clients, and consultants
\n
• Monitoring changes in planning policy and legislation
\n

About You

\n
• A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline
\n
• A strong interest in progressing towards MRTPI status (full support provided)
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
\n
• A proactive and professional approach to work
\n
• Previous internship or work experience in planning is advantageous but not essential
\n
