When you work in this school your responsibilities will include:
\n- \n
- To represent the school in a professional and welcoming manner \n
- Answering general telephone and face to face enquiries and signing in visitors \n
- Assist in arrangements for school trips, events \n
- Provide general admin support such as photocopying, filing, faxing, e-mailing \n
- Assist in completing standard forms and responding to routine correspondence \n
- Maintain manual and computerised records/management information systems \n
- Produce lists/information/data as required, e.g. pupils' data \n
- Undertake typing, word processing and other IT based tasks \n
- Sort and distribute mail \n
- Undertake general administrative procedures, Maintain and collate pupil reports \n
These are some of the requirements that we need from you:

- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one \n
- 2 recent professional references \n
- Committed, flexible and enthusiastic \n
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail \n
- Previous experience in school environment is essential \n
- Considerable experience of the schools computerised database, SIMS \n
- Good verbal and written communication skills \n
- Ability to set and work to agreed targets and work schedules \n
- Right to work in the UK is Essential \n
