Inspire resourcing are recruiting for a project manager to work in the civils industry with our client, a growing, energetic and friendly company.

Key Responsibilities

• Project delivery across structures, difficult-access works, mechanical installations, and maintenance.
\n
• Managing site teams: supervising engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
\n
• Cost control: detailed cost planning, forecasting, variation management, and spend control.
\n
• Client liaison: maintaining professional communication, updates, and relationship management.
\n
• Procurement: selecting and managing materials, equipment, and suppliers.
\n
• Financial reporting: producing accurate project financials and progress updates.
\n
• Quality & HSQE: ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
\n
• Full-time role with travel to sites as required.
\n

Ideal Background

\n
• Degree in engineering, construction, civil engineering, or similar.
\n
• Experience managing engineering or construction projects.
\n
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
\n
• Confident communicator with a professional approach.
\n
• Full UK driving licence.
\n

Essential

• Engineering / construction / civil engineering degree
\n
• Project management experience in engineering or construction
\n
• Experience managing site personnel
\n
• Strong cost control & forecasting ability
\n
• HSQE awareness

• Excellent communication skills
