About the Role\n
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils with a range of additional learning needs access education in a safe, structured, and positive setting. You will play a key role in supporting learning, behaviour, communication, and personal development.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups \n
- Assist with delivering tailored learning activities \n
- Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) \n
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation \n
- Support pupils with communication and social development \n
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families \n
- Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive classroom environment \n
