SCCM / Intune / Identity engineer

Havant or Reading (Hybrid - 50% office-based)up to £550 per dayContract Inside IR35

We are currently seeking an experienced SCCM / Intune / Identity Engineer to join a high-profile programme focused on endpoint security and modern identity transformation.

You will play a key role in supporting and enhancing a large-scale Microsoft Defender for Endpoint rollout, alongside maintaining and optimising core infrastructure across SCCM, Intune, and Identity services.

• Provide SCCM engineering support to enable and sustain Defender for Endpoint deployment
\n
• Support onboarding, configuration, and optimisation of endpoints into Defender for Endpoint
\n
• Maintain and improve device build standards, compliance baselines, and software deployment processes
\n
• Ensure effective integration between SCCM, Active Directory (AD), and identity services
\n
• Contribute to identity-focused initiatives, including:\n
  \n
  • Device identity
  \n
  • Group Policy alignment
  \n
  • Access control dependencies
  \n
\n
• Support the organisation's transition to passwordless authentication, including policy and device-level configuration
\n

• Strong hands-on experience with:\n
  \n
  • SCCM
  \n
  • Intune
  \n
  • Active Directory (AD)
  \n
  • Identity Management
  \n
\n
• Proven experience supporting enterprise-scale software deployment and endpoint management
\n
• Exposure to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (highly desirable)
\n
• Ability to work across both engineering and operational support environments
\n
