\n Key Responsibilities\nYou will lead the classroom experience, ensuring every child transitions successfully into EYFS:

- Curriculum Delivery \n
- Full Class Responsibility: Manage all aspects of teaching, from initial lesson planning and delivery to final assessment and reporting. \n
- Inclusion & Differentiation: Implement creative and inclusive teaching strategies that meet the unique needs of every learner in the classroom. \n
- Assessment & Strategy: Contribute to the school's assessment and implementation strategies, tracking pupil progress to ensure high standards of achievement. \n
- Collaborative Working: Work within a well-supported and collaborative setting, contributing positively to the wider school life and community ethos. \n

- Qualifications: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). \n
- Experience: Proven classroom experience within an EYFS setting. \n
- Passion: A genuine commitment to inclusive teaching and a desire to make a real difference in the community. \n
- Professionalism: A reliable, reflective practitioner who is committed to professional growth and enjoys working as part of a team. \n
- Compliance: An Enhanced DBS check on the update service and eligibility to work in the UK. \n
