\nAbout the role:
\nEdStaff are seeking a professional and highly organised school administrator to join a busy office team within a primary school in the Crosby area.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a pro-active administrator who has previous experience working within a school environment and is confident managing a variety of administrative duties in a fast-paced setting. You will be the first point of contact for pupils, parents, visitors, and staff and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and efficient administrative support.
\nThe role is full-time and is due to be 1 term long (September – December).
\nThe school are looking for somebody with previous experience working within a school office.
\nKey responsibilities:

- Welcoming visitors with a warm and friendly presence \n
- Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally. \n
- Providing administrative support to the senior leadership team and wider school staff. \n
- Managing pupil records and maintaining accurate data. \n
- Processing attendance and admissions administration. \n
- Handling correspondence, filing, and general office duties. \n
- Adhere to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding \n

Essential requirements:

- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above \n
- Previous experience in a school administrative role \n
- Right to work in the UK \n
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one \n
- Able to provide references to cover the last 2 years \n
