SEND Teaching Assistant

We are currently recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants for a number of welcoming and inclusive schools in Hounslow, starting September. This is a fantastic opportunity for caring, committed individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. The Role:

• Support pupils with a range of SEND needs (1:1 and small group support)
\n
• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
\n
• Help promote pupil confidence, independence, and engagement
\n
• Support behaviour, communication, and emotional development
\n
• Contribute to a safe and positive learning environment
\n

We Are Looking For:

• A genuine passion for working with children with additional needs
\n
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
\n
• Experience working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
\n
• A proactive and supportive team player
\n
• Willingness to learn and develop within education
\n
