Learning Support Assistant

Location: Richmond Upon Thames

Pay: £16.69 per hour (Inclusive of Holiday pay)

Job Type: Full time or part time (3-4 days per week)

Looking for someone who has worked with SEND or Mainstreams learners within a Further Education or Secondary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEND, ensuring safety and access to learning.
\n
• Assist with the implementation of EHCPs, Individual Learning Plans, and Behaviour Management Plans.
\n
• Encourage pupil interaction, independence, and engagement in classroom activities.
\n
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
\n
• Attend meetings, training, and contribute to pupil reviews.
\n
