Primary Teacher - Year 3

Year 3 Teacher (Full-Time) – September 2026 to February 2027

South Ribble, Lancashire £168 – £215 per day (dependent on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in South Ribble on a full-time basis from September 2026 until February 2027.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to a Year 3 class, fostering a positive learning environment and supporting pupils to reach their full potential. This is a full-time position covering the full breadth of teaching responsibilities.

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 curriculum

• Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider school community

• Uphold high expectations for behaviour and achievement
\n

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
\n
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (Year 3 preferred but not essential)
\n
• Strong classroom management skills
\n
• A proactive and adaptable approach
\n
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
