Weekly pay - via CIS

The types of projects include:

• Single / double storey and wrap around extensions
\n
• Internal Refurbishments
\n
• Room Repurposing / Garage Conversions
\n
• Office rip-outs / re-fits
\n

The ideal person should possess their own van, tools and they should live in (or around) the Bromley, Croydon, Lewisham (or relative) areas.

1st / 2nd fix Carpentry should be your main trade, but it would be highly beneficial if you were also proficient in some of the following:

• General building
\n
• Plaster boarding / Rendering
\n
• Internal Tiling, Grouting and Floor Screeding
\n
• Sealant / Mastic work
\n
