Remuneration: £70,000neg + £5,000 discretionary bonusBenefits: Company vehicle & comprehensive benefits package The role of the Health & Safety Manager - Roofing & Facades will involve:

  • Health & Safety Manager position working on various roofing and façade projects
    • \n
  • Work across the wider group of three businesses
    • \n
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation while driving continuous improvement in systems, policies, and performance
    • \n
  • Conduct site audits, monitor KPIs, and lead investigations to ensure effective incident management and corrective actions
    • \n
  • Promote a positive Health & Safety culture through engagement, training, and collaboration with employees, clients, and subcontractors
    • \n
  • Working across projects that range in value between £10k to £1.5m
    • \n

The ideal applicant will be a Health & Safety Manager - Roofing & Facades industry with:

  • Must have experience as a Health & Safety Manager within construction
    • \n
  • Ideally have experience within roofing and/or cladding
    • \n
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • \n
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office)
    • \n
  • Full UK driving license
    • \n
  • Confident and articulate
    • \n

  • Ability to plan and organise deliverables
    • \n
