What's the role really about?

This isn't a desk-based engineering role.

\n

\n

You'll be out delivering customer projects.

\n

\n

One day you could be rolling out Microsoft 365 devices for a new client.

\n

\n

The next, installing networking equipment, building comms cabinets, deploying wireless infrastructure or helping deliver a complete office move.

\n

\n

No two weeks will look the same.

\n

\n

What you'll be doing

\n

\n
• Delivering customer infrastructure projects across London and the surrounding areas
\n
• Installing and configuring Microsoft 365 devices and user environments
\n
• Deploying Windows desktops, laptops and workplace technology
\n
• Installing servers, networking equipment and wireless solutions
\n
• Supporting Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and SharePoint
\n
• Carrying out customer onboarding and office technology rollouts
\n
• Completing site surveys and preparing installations
\n
• Producing clear project documentation and handover information
\n
• Building strong relationships with customers throughout every project
\n

What you'll bring

\n

\n
• Previous experience delivering IT projects within an MSP environment
\n
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, including Intune and Entra ID
\n
• Experience working with Windows Server and infrastructure technologies
\n
• Good networking knowledge across switches, wireless and firewalls
\n
• Confidence working directly with customers onsite
\n
• A professional attitude and genuine pride in the quality of your work
\n
• Excellent communication skills
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
