We're on the lookout for a talented Multi-Skilled Joiner to join a well-established team delivering high-quality repairs across Chelsea & Kensington.The RoleAs a Multi-Skilled Joiner, you'll take the lead on joinery works while also supporting with a range of multi-trade repairs-ensuring jobs are completed right first time.No two days are the same-you'll be out on site, solving problems, supporting residents, and delivering a top-class service.What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out high-quality joinery repairs and installations
\n
• Completing multi-trade tasks to ensure efficient first-time fixes
\n
• Delivering excellent customer service on every job
\n
• Maintaining accurate job records and reports
\n
• Managing your workload independently and efficiently
\n
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
\n
• Keeping your vehicle, tools, and stock in great condition
\n
• Participating in an on-call rota (£525 per on-call week)
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent)
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence
\n
• Strong joinery expertise with multi-trade experience
\n
• Experience in customer-facing, target-driven roles
\n
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the go
\n
• Solid understanding of health & safety practices
\n
• Social housing experience (desirable)
\n
• Access to your own power tools (essential)
\n
