\nA well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a busy and growing workload across Bristol, Gloucester, Oxford, and the surrounding regions. \nThe RoleCarrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in line with HSG264
\nUndertaking air monitoring, including 4-stage clearances, leak testing, reassurance testing, and reoccupation certification in accordance with HSG248
\nConducting bulk sampling and ensuring compliance with company procedures
\nProducing accurate and compliant asbestos survey and analytical reports
\nWorking across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and public sector properties
\nManaging workload independently with support from an established operations team
\nEnsuring all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance
\nAbout YouBOHS P402, P403 & P404 (essential)
\nExperience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
\nStrong understanding of HSG264, HSG248, and asbestos legislation
\nFull UK driving licence
\nProfessional, organised, and reliable
\nStrong communication and report-writing skills
