Business Architect | Financial Services | £500 | Inside IR35 | 6 Months Initial | Hybrid Remote We’re recruiting for an experienced Business Architect for a 6-Month contract role with likelihood of extension. This position will play a vital part in supporting one of our key clients ongoing financial services and regulatory projects. This position is determined as Inside IR35 paying circa £500 per day and is offered on a hybrid remote basis requiring 1-2 days per week of onsite work in Stratford.Key Requirements\n

• Proven Business Architect experience delivering change within complex organisations.

• Strong Financial Services or highly regulated industry transformation background.
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across senior business and technology teams.
\n
• Experience designing Target Operating Models for large-scale transformation programmes.
\n
• Strong workshop facilitation skills driving consensus and business outcomes.
\n
• Demonstrable experience completing Architecture Impact Assessments and governance activities.
\n
• Knowledge of business architecture frameworks and enterprise modelling tools.
\n
• Professional certifications preferred, including BCS, CBA or equivalent qualifications.
