\nLocation: Inchinnan, Paisley
\nDuration: Full Time - Immediate Start Available
\nSalary: 13.20 per hour + 25% shift allowance (16.50 per hour equivalent)

\nAs a Manufacturing Operator, you'll be responsible for supporting the production process and ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
\nWorking within a cleanroom environment, you'll follow detailed instructions and procedures, safely operate equipment and help ensure production targets are achieved.

Shift Pattern
\nThis role follows a rotating weekly shift pattern:
\n- \n
- Week 1: Early Shift, 6:00am to 2:00pm \n
- Week 2: Night Shift, 10:00pm to 6:00am \n
- Week 3: Back Shift, 2:00pm to 10:00pm \n
37.5 hours per week
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Assemble components and products following work instructions and procedures \n
- Read and follow manufacturing documentation accurately \n
- Carry out visual quality inspections throughout the production process \n
- Complete production records and documentation accurately \n
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently \n
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping \n
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets \n
- Identify and escalate any quality or safety concerns \n
- Participate in continuous improvement activities \n

\nYou'll be working in a controlled cleanroom environment where safety and quality are a top priority.
\nThe role involves:

- Manual handling duties \n
- Repetitive assembly tasks \n
- Wearing PPE and cleanroom protective clothing \n
- Working rotating shifts, including nights \n
