Sound Insulation & Air Tightness Testing Technician - London Our client is looking for a Sound Insulation & Air Tightness Testing Technician to join their growing team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Compliance Technician looking to progress their career within a specialist consultancy providing acoustic testing and compliance services across the construction industry. With almost two decades of experience delivering acoustic consultancy and UKAS accredited testing services, our client works with a nationwide network of developers, architects and contractors. About you * Around two years' experience in sound insulation and/or air tightness testing. * Experience within the Building Compliance Testing industry. * Strong technical ability with excellent problem-solving skills. * A customer-focused approach with the confidence to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. * A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. * GCSE Grade C or above in Maths, English and Science. * Full UK driving licence with no more than three points. What to expect * Carrying out sound insulation testing and air tightness testing on construction projects. * Surveying buildings to ensure compliance with Building Regulations. * Providing clients with clear feedback, guidance and technical advice following testing. * Working closely with developers, architects and contractors throughout project delivery. * Identifying challenges on-site and applying your technical knowledge to provide effective solutions. * Developing your understanding of construction processes and building performance.
