Senior Planner – Data Centre Projects Location: Spain Salary: Competitive + Package + Relocation Assistance (where applicable) Salter Grange is currently partnering with a leading international engineering contractor to recruit two experienced Senior Planners for major hyperscale data centre projects in Spain. Senior Planner Key Responsibilities * Develop, maintain and manage detailed project programmes from pre-construction through to commissioning. * Monitor project progress and performance against programme milestones. * Identify programme risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies. * Work closely with project management, commercial and site teams to ensure programme alignment. * Produce regular planning reports and progress updates for senior stakeholders. * Support project controls and reporting requirements across multiple work packages. * Lead planning meetings and contribute to strategic project delivery decisions. Senior Planner Requirements * Proven experience as a Senior Planner within construction, engineering or mission-critical environments. * Strong background in data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial, semiconductor, life sciences or large-scale commercial projects. * Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6. * Excellent understanding of project controls, scheduling and programme management. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work within a fast-paced project environment.
