Working Site Supervisor Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Van + Fuel Card We are looking for an experienced Working Site Supervisor to lead gangs on a variety of civils projects across the Leicester area. This role offers ongoing work on a secure programme with multiple sites. Key Duties: * Supervising gangs carrying out civil engineering works * Coordinating daily site activities and ensuring works are delivered to programme * Overseeing health & safety and site compliance * Liaising with site management and reporting progress Requirements: * Experience as a Ganger / Supervisor within groundworks or civils * SSSTS or SMSTS * CSCS Card What’s on Offer: * Long-term programme of works * Opportunity to progress to Site Manager level * Opportunity to lead consistent gangs across multiple sites
