Commercial Property Fee Earner (2+ Years PQE) Coventry | Full-Time | Hybrid Working Available | Competitive Salary Salary 35-40k Working Hours Monday–Thursday: 9:00am – 5:15pm Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm Siamo Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner; to join a busy Commercial Property Department in our Coventry office on a permanent basis. Due to our head office location, it is preferable for candidates to hold a full UK Driving Licence and have their own transport. Previous experience as a Commercial Fee Earner is essential as we are looking for someone who can “hit the ground running” from day one, although full training will be given on our internal systems and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, business lease renewals, contract drafting, dispute resolution and various other matters. You will be a Property Solicitor/ Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2+ Years PQE Extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of Commercial Property Good technical knowledge Undertake Marketing and PR Ability to develop new business Case management experience Risk management skills Interest and ability in business development Excellent interpersonal skills Exemplary client care skills Sound IT skills – experience of case management systems & Microsoft packages.
