The Role Welcome clients into the showroom and create a positive first impression Deliver a warm, professional, and personalised hosting experience Support private appointments and VIP client visits Ensure hospitality areas are presented to the highest standards Offer refreshments and maintain a luxury client environment Assist with showroom events and client experiences Work closely with sales and client service teams to ensure a seamless visit Build positive relationships with clients and act as a brand ambassador Support the day-to-day running of the showroom environment About You We would love to hear from candidates with experience in: Luxury hospitality Premium airlines and cabin crew Boutique hotels Private members' clubs Guest relations Luxury retail Reception or front-of-house positions You'll bring: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Impeccable personal presentation A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service Confidence interacting with a wide range of clients Strong attention to detail A positive, proactive attitude Why Apply?
