Site Manager – Commercial Fit Out (Cat A & Cat B) 📍 Location: Watford 💼 Contract: 14 Weeks 📅 Start Date: Approximately 2 Weeks We're recruiting on behalf of an established contractor for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 14-week commercial fit out project in Watford. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and driven Site Manager with a strong background delivering Cat A & Cat B office and commercial fit outs. You'll be joining a contractor known for delivering high-quality commercial developments and refurbishment projects across the UK. The Role Manage the day-to-day delivery of a commercial fit out project Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely and on programme Monitor quality, progress and site productivity Carry out site inspections and maintain health & safety standards Liaise with clients, project teams and suppliers Resolve on-site issues quickly to keep the project on track Ensure a successful handover at project completion Requirements Proven experience managing Cat A & Cat B commercial fit out projects Strong leadership and communication skills SMSTS Valid CSCS Card First Aid at Work Excellent organisational and programme management skills Ability to lead from the front and deliver projects to a high standard What's on Offer 14-week contract Competitive day rate Start in approximately two weeks Opportunity to work on a high-quality commercial fit out project Potential for future projects with a growing contractor If you're an experienced Site Manager looking for your next contract and have a successful background in commercial fit out, we'd love to hear from you.
