Project Director – Confidential opportunity | Major civil engineering scheme | South West England I’m currently working on a confidential mandate for an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a landmark £100m heavy civils project in the South West. This is a genuine opportunity to take the lead as the number one on the project, reporting directly to the Contracts Director and playing a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a high-profile civil engineering scheme. Given the complexity and profile of the project, we’re seeking a Project Director with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills. The role involves navigating a politically sensitive environment while building strong relationships across multiple parties. I’m keen to speak with individuals who have: * A rock solid background in civil engineering and infrastructure schemes * A proven track record of delivering highly complex projects in the £100m+ range * Track record working for a Tier 1 or established Tier 2 contractor * Strong leadership skills, a collaborative approach to project delivery and first class communication skills What’s on offer: * Salary circa £150,000 plus an excellent package. * Accommodation can be provided if required. * The chance to lead a significant flagship project with long-term career potential.
