Job Title: General Operative Location: Stone, Staffordshire Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience About the Role We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Operative to join our busy manufacturing team This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided, although previous experience in production, moulding, finishing, or general factory work would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities * Removing pallets from yard * Ensuring the yard in hazard free at all times * Inspecting products for defects and ensuring quality requirements are met. * Preparing materials and components for production. * Packing finished products ready for dispatch. * Assisting with general production duties as required.
