Stores & Dispatch Team Leader - Permanent - Poole - Starting ASAP TeamJobs is working with a fantastic local business who are looking for a Stores & Dispatch Team Leader to join their growing team. Duties to include: Inspection of goods received Packing items in accordance with SF06 Dispatch items as defined by planning card / delivery paperwork Ensuring efficient and accurate stock control Liaise with suppliers to resolve any shortages and documentation issues Day to day running of Stores and staff ensuring efficiency Qualified First Aider Fire Marshal Operating a Counterbalance forkliftHours and Salary: £30,000 per annum Monday day to Thursday 7.30 am - 4.30 pm Friday 7.30 am - 12.30 pm Overtime availableRequirements: Valid counterbalance licence Previous Team Leader experience Knowledge of mechanical engineering practices The ideal candidate will be well organised and good computer skills will also be required Experienced in kitting/picking in a warehouseBenefits: Match pension contribution - 5% after 3 months probation Westfield health benefits - dental, physio, eyesight up to £150 every year Free gym pass after probation Cash back through the Westfield Health app Standard holidays (3 for Christmas shutdown) Employee bonus scheme depending on performanceIf you are interested in this role, please apply and one of the team will be in contact to discuss further.
