SANZA Teaching is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a well-established Additional Resource Provision (ARP) within a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Harrow. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) while working alongside an experienced SEND Teacher and SEN team. The Role Full-time SEND Teaching Assistant within the school's ARP Support a small class of 10-12 pupils Deliver 1:1 and small-group support Help pupils achieve EHCP targets and develop independence Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development Work closely with the SEND Teacher, SENCO and wider staff team Requirements Experience as a SEND Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or Support Worker Experience supporting children with ASC, ADHD, MLD, SLD or complex needs Patient, resilient and adaptable Excellent communication and teamwork skills Passion for inclusive education About the School Highly regarded two-form entry primary school in Harrow Well-established leadership team Excellent SEND provision and pastoral support Supportive, collaborative staff Easily accessible by public transportPay: £95 per day.
