Plumber Multi Trade

We are currently recruiting experienced Plumber/Multi Traders and Carpenter/Multi Traders to join a well-established team carrying out Social Housing maintenance and refurbishment works across the Enfield and Barnet areas. Plumber/Multi Trader Responsibilities * Bathroom fitting and refurbishment * Tap changes and shower replacements * Replacing radiators * Diagnosing and repairing leaks * Toilet and cistern repairs/replacements * Wall and floor tiling * Painting and decorating * Patch plastering * Hanging doors * Lock changes and repairs Benefits * £180 per day (CIS) or £39,000 per year on a permanent contract * Company van and fuel card provided * Overtime opportunities available * No call-out rota * Local work patches across Enfield and Barnet * Temp ongoing and Permanent positions available * Immediate interviews and starts Requirements * Previous experience within Social Housing maintenance and refurbishment * Relevant trade qualifications or proven experience * Full UK driving licence * Ability to carry out multi-trade works to a high standard * Strong customer service skills and professionalism when working in occupied properties
