Asbestos Surveyor Location: Norfolk & Surrounding Areas Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) Contract: Permanent | Full-time A well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support a busy and growing domestic workload across Norfolk and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor seeking a stable role with a structured workload, minimal overnight travel, and long-term job security. This position is focused exclusively on domestic asbestos surveying, making it ideal for someone who enjoys residential projects and values consistency in their day-to-day work. Salary & Benefits £32,000 - £35,000 salary (DOE) Company van provided 22-25 days annual leave + bank holidays Company pension scheme Ongoing training and professional development Structured and manageable workload Long-term, secure position Supportive management team The Role Carrying out Management and Refurbishment asbestos surveys in line with HSG264 Surveying domestic and residential properties across Norfolk and surrounding areas Conducting bulk sampling and ensuring all procedures are followed correctly Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey reports Managing your own diary with support from an established operations team Ensuring all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance About You BOHS P402 (essential) Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor Strong understanding of HSG264 and asbestos legislation Experience carrying out domestic asbestos surveys preferred Full UK driving licence Professional, organised, and reliable Why This Role Dedicated domestic-only workload Company van provided Structured working day with realistic scheduling Long-term stability within a growing consultancy Supportive working environment with ongoing development opportunities For further information or to apply, contact Aidan Morgan or send your CV to for immediate consideration
