We are partnering with a leading independent insurance brokerage seeking a Client Director to join its expanding team. About the Role\nAs Client Director, you will take ownership of a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored insurance solutions. You'll play a key role in developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the wider team to achieve success.
ResponsibilitiesClient Management\n- \n
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, delivering exceptional service and advice. \n
- Ensure high levels of client retention through proactive engagement and relationship-building. \n
- Provide tailored insurance solutions in collaboration with insurers and partners. \n
- \n
- Work alongside the Development Executives and wider marketing and lead generation teams to identify and secure new business opportunities within target sectors. \n
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve growth targets. \n
- Represent the company at networking events and industry forums. \n

- Support and mentor Account Executives and junior team members. \n
- Promote a collaborative and professional culture aligned with company values. \n
- \n
- Proven experience as a Client Director or Senior Account Executive within commercial insurance, ideally with experience provide insurance solutions to either the Construction, Logistics or Waste Management \n
- Strong technical knowledge across commercial insurance products. \n
- Track record of managing and growing a significant book of business. \n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. \n
- Cert CII or above desirable. \n
