Electrical Site Supervisor

Electrical Supervisor required for major UK transmission and distribution projects. We are currently recruiting experienced Electrical Supervisors to support large-scale HV substation and grid infrastructure projects across the UK. Working alongside Tier 1 contractors, EPC organisations, and established electrical delivery partners, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced supervisors looking for long-term contract work. Projects Include: * HV Transmission & Distribution substations (11kV–400kV) * GIS and AIS substation installations * HV switchgear installation and upgrades * Cable installation and termination works * Renewable energy grid connection projects * National Grid and DNO infrastructure projects Key Responsibilities: * Supervise electrical installation activities on HV substation projects * Manage and coordinate electrical teams, HV fitters, and subcontractors * Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to required standards * Monitor site progress and report updates to the Site Manager * Ensure compliance with RAMS, permits, and site safety procedures * Maintain quality standards throughout installation and commissioning activities * Support project delivery from construction through completion Requirements: * Previous experience working on HV substation projects * Strong background in electrical installation and site supervision * Experience within transmission, distribution, utilities, or energy infrastructure * SSSTS (minimum requirement) * Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors * Good understanding of HV electrical works, safety procedures, and construction standards This is an opportunity to work on nationally significant energy projects supporting the UK’s transition to a stronger and more resilient electricity network
