Cost Engineer – Major Infrastructure Programme 💰 £470 per day 📍 London (hybrid working) 🕒 Contract role We’re supporting a major infrastructure programme in London and are looking for an experienced Cost Engineer to take ownership of cost management across a complex delivery environment. This is a senior role with real influence — not just reporting, but shaping cost control, forecasting, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities * Lead cost management across the programme or key workstreams * Develop and maintain cost plans, forecasts, and cost reports * Manage change control, trends, and cost risk * Interface with project controls, commercial, and delivery teams * Provide clear cost insight to senior stakeholders Ideal Background * Proven experience as a Cost Engineer on large infrastructure projects * Strong forecasting, cost control, and reporting capability * Comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments * Infrastructure, energy, transport, or regulated sector experience preferred
