Job Type Temporary to permanent Location Preston Pay £14.00 per hour Weekly pay every Friday Job Overview We are BX2 Ltd are recruiting Warehouse Team Leader a to support our client’s busy distribution site in Preston. This role involves working within a fast‑paced warehouse environment and completing a range of operational tasks. Key Responsibilities * Managing staff members * Set, monitor and maintain operational targets set for the tasks carried out in operations * Lead under your own initiative to achieve objectives and work towards continuous improvement in all areas of operations * Liaising with other departments, customers and suppliers * Oversee the production * Coordinate with couriers to ensure goods are ready for despatch and all relevant documents are produced * Monitor staff training Hours of Work Monday to Friday 07:45 – 16:15 (40HRS PER WEEK) - SOME FLEXIBILITY REQUIRED ADHOC EITHER SIDE AND ON A SATURDAY.
