Key Role and Responsibilities as a Paint Sprayer: Carry out high-quality bumper and trim repairs to manufacturer standards Assess vehicles and identify any additional repair requirements before work commences Complete minor dent and surface defect rectification to prepare vehicles for paint Accurately mix and colour-match paint to achieve a flawless finish Apply paint finishes using modern spraying techniques and equipment Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure all work meets company and customer expectations Minimum Requirements for a Paint Sprayer: Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre environment A stable work history demonstrating commitment and reliability Strong hands-on skills with a quality-focused approach to vehicle refinishing Motivated, enthusiastic, and able to consistently deliver work to the highest standards Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing first-class results Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality Benefits Paying up to £40,000 per annum plus bonus Group bonus available Monday to Friday 22 days holiday per year going up to 26 with time served, plus bank holidays.
