Site Manager North London £55,000 - £65,000 + Package Our client is an established and growing main contractor delivering high-quality construction projects across London and the Home Counties. With a strong pipeline of residential, commercial and public sector developments, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their North London team. The Role Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring programmes, quality standards and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved. Projects will typically include: Residential developments Refurbishment schemes New build construction Commercial projects Responsibilities Managing day-to-day site operations Coordinating subcontractors and site labour Maintaining project programmes Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget Carrying out quality inspections Chairing subcontractor meetings Managing client and consultant relationships Producing site reports Driving health & safety standards across site Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor SMSTS CSCS Black or Gold Card First Aid at Work Strong organisational and communication skills Experience delivering new build or refurbishment projects Rewards & Benefits £55,000 - £65,000 salary Company car or allowance Annual bonus 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays Company pension Ongoing professional development Excellent long-term career progression
