Job Description
Financial Services Administrator Location: Market Harborough or Birmingham (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time (with an early Friday finish!) Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience We are looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our Business Processing team. You will ensure all new business and servicing business is processed accurately, promptly and in line with compliance requirements. The role requires strong attention to detail, clear documentation, and the ability to manage tasks within strict service-level deadlines. The position also includes monitoring client cash balances on a monthly basis and liaising with Planners and Clients to ensure portfolios remain appropriately aligned. You will work from our Birmingham or Market Harborough office, but with the ability to work from home, and will have full IFA experience in order to hit the ground running following initial process training Why Join Radiant? What You’ll Bring Knowledge * Strong understanding of the financial planning process. * Experience processing business across a variety of provider platforms. * Excellent communication skills, including professional telephone manner. * High standard of written and spoken English. Experience * Proven experience working within an IFA Financial Services Administration role (essential). Skills and Attributes * Proficient IT skills, including spreadsheets and databases. * Strong planning and organisational abilities. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Methodical approach to workload management. * Demonstrates honesty and integrity in all aspects of work.
