FACTORY OPERATIVE We are currently recruiting for a Production Worker to join the Mould Department of our busy client. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for a long-term position with the potential to secure a permanent contract. Basics: Location: Whilst based in Plymouth your own transport would be beneficial due to location Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:00 Temporary to Permanent for the right candidate Key Responsibilities: Working within the mould department to support production operations Handling and moving moulds and production materials Following health and safety procedures at all times Maintaining a clean and organised work area Supporting the wider production team as required What We're Looking For: A strong work ethic and positive attitude Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25kg Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail Own transport is recommended due to the site location What's on Offer: £12.71 per hour Monday to Friday working pattern – no weekends Temporary to permanent opportunity Supportive team environment Immediate start available If you're looking for a hands-on role and have the physical capability to thrive in a busy production environment, we'd love to hear from you.
