Sales Office Coordinator (6 Month FTC) Ipswich £33,710 Full Time 6 Month Fixed Term Contract The Opportunity Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We're delighted to be supporting our client in the search for a Sales Office Co-ordinator to join their busy and customer-focused sales team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive, collaborative team where you'll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from initial quotation through to delivery. What You'll Be Doing Working as part of a busy sales office, you'll be responsible for coordinating customer projects from enquiry through to completion, ensuring every stage is managed efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include: * Preparing and processing project quotations. * Managing sales and purchase orders. * Checking and preparing customer invoices. * Validating customer and project information with exceptional attention to detail. * Coordinating deliveries to meet customer project deadlines. * Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams. * Resolving customer queries with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. * Monitoring stock availability and supporting project scheduling. * Providing general administrative support across the sales office. * Contributing positively to team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. You'll ideally have: * Previous experience within a sales support, customer service or order processing role. * Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload. * Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. * Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. * A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving ability. * Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. * Previous experience within logistics, scheduling or delivery coordination would be advantageous but isn't essential.
