Key responsibilities include: Supporting with claims & complaints Conducting checks and compliance searches Maintaining central risk registers (complaints, PI notifications etc.) Assisting with internal file reviews Researching regulatory and risk‑related issues Keeping up to date with legal and regulatory changes Collaborating with the wider business support team About You Strong communicator with excellent written accuracy Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines 2 years' litigation experience Housing Disrepair knowledge beneficial but not essential Proclaim CMS experience advantageous Solid understanding of compliance, risk and legal regulations Confident engaging with senior stakeholders IT literate and client‑focused If you're ready to progress your compliance career within a supportive, forward‑thinking legal environment, Time Recruitment would love to speak with you
