Commercial Flooring Estimator / Contracts Manager

Hexa Services are recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial flooring contractor with a strong reputation for delivering flooring and refurbishment projects across the public and private sectors.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Flooring Estimator / Contracts Manager to join an established team covering projects throughout the North West.

This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with a strong background in commercial flooring who enjoys managing projects from initial enquiry through to successful completion.

The Role

Working closely with clients, suppliers and internal delivery teams, you will be responsible for surveying opportunities, preparing quotations, managing projects and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and client meetings
\n
• Measure works and prepare accurate quotations and estimates
\n
• Produce take-offs and tender submissions
\n
• Manage flooring projects from enquiry through to completion
\n
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and operational teams
\n
• Monitor project costs, margins and programme delivery
\n
• Resolve client queries and project-related issues
\n

About You

\n
• Previous experience within the commercial flooring industry is essential
\n
• Strong estimating and surveying experience
\n
• Experience managing commercial flooring projects
\n
• Good understanding of contracts, project costs and profitability
\n
• Ability to prepare accurate quotations and tender submissions
\n
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
\n
• Organised, commercially aware and self-motivated
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence
\n

This position would suit a Commercial Flooring Estimator, Flooring Surveyor, Flooring Contracts Manager, Flooring Project Manager or Commercial Manager with experience delivering flooring installation projects within commercial environments.
