Roles & Responsibilities:As a Quality Control Operative your role will be to ensure all requirements are met as per the site standards in line with BRC, customer standards, legislation & government standards. Driving continuous improvement, ensuring quality and food safety are maintained at all time. Mentoring key operatives through their training programs. • Responsible for conducting CCP verifications and quality assurance checks as per the agreed timeframes
\n
• Responsible for all traceability records being completed accurately and on time
\n
• Responsible for maintaining full compliance to testing & calibration scheduled
\n
• Responsible for completion of specific internal audits as per the agreed schedule
\n
• Accountable for reporting ineffective hygiene standards through ATP & allergen swabbing
\n

About you:You will have previous experience and knowledge of food safety and you are required to have HACCP training to be considered for this position. You must have a good grasp of the English language, and be willing to learn new skills.
