\n\nAbout the Role
\nWe are recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy distribution company based in the Theale area of Reading, who are looking to add an experienced Class 2 Driver to their team.
\nThis is a multi-drop delivery role, working within a fast-paced distribution environment. Standard working hours are initially 06:30 - 15:30 with a 1-hour unpaid break, although flexibility is required as start and finish times may vary to meet business needs.
\n\nKey Responsibilities

- Complete multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently. \n
- Work to scheduled delivery times while maintaining a high standard of customer service. \n
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and comply with all transport legislation. \n
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately. \n
- Undertake additional warehouse or operational duties as required. \n
- Represent our client professionally when interacting with customers and members of the public. \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- Minimum 2 years' Class 2 (Category C) driving experience. \n
- Valid Driver CPC qualification. \n
- Valid digital tachograph driver's card. \n
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience. \n
- Experience working to delivery schedules. \n
- Excellent attention to detail. \n
- Strong customer service and communication skills. \n
- Flexible and reliable approach to work. \n
- Ability to work independently and use initiative. \n
- A team player with a positive attitude. \n
- Ideally no more than 3 penalty points on your driving licence. \n
