An independent therapeutic fostering agency is seeking an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join their team on a locum basis.

About the role: You will be joining a well-established independent fostering agency that provides therapeutic support to foster families. You will manage a caseload of approximately 12 foster carers across Wiltshire, Swindon, and Oxfordshire, providing high-quality supervision, support, and guidance.

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England
\n
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
\n
• Previous experience within fostering or children's social care
\n
• Strong knowledge of current legislation and safeguarding requirements
