- Experience using engineering design software \n

- Assist in the design and delivery of electrical and lighting engineering projects. \n
- Produce high-quality technical designs and supporting documentation. \n
- Support Project Engineers and Department Leads in delivering projects safely, on time and within budget. \n
- Work collaboratively with clients, contractors and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver practical engineering solutions. \n
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and technical support. \n
- Assist with Health & Safety, CDM and environmental documentation. \n
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards and company procedures. \n
- Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery. \n
- \n
- HNC, HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related discipline). \n
- Knowledge of BS7671 Wiring Regulations. \n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills. \n
- Experience using engineering design software and Microsoft Office. \n
- A proactive and organised approach to managing your workload. \n
- Commercial awareness and a desire to deliver excellent client outcomes. \n
- \n
- Experience within highways, street lighting or infrastructure projects. \n
- Electrical scheme design and project delivery experience. \n
- Knowledge of DMRB, MCHW, National Highways standards and associated design guidance. \n
- Experience with ICP design. \n
- On-site construction or installation experience. \n
- Familiarity with programme management and resource planning software. \n
