\n - Excellent VM skills
\n - The ability and passion to stretch a team and business to the next level
\n - Solid working knowledge and delivery of KPIs / managing budgets and GP
\n - Excellent people management skills
\n - Great organisational skills
\n - Highly presented with excellent communication skills
