\nThis specialist independent SEMH provision set in a unique and nurturing environment. We are seeking a passionate and resilient Class Teacher to work across Primary (KS2), supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.

\nKey Responsibilities

- Create a safe, structured and nurturing classroom environment that supports SEMH learners \n
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across KS2 \n
- Work closely with and direct Teaching Assistants to maximise pupil support \n
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies and uphold high expectations \n
- Monitor progress through regular assessment, adapting teaching to meet individual needs \n
- Support the development of literacy and communication skills across the curriculum \n
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff \n
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to whole-school development \n
What We’re Looking For
\n- \n
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) \n
- Experience teaching KS2 students \n
- Experience or strong interest in SEMH / SEN settings \n
- Strong behaviour management and relational teaching approach \n
- Ability to deliver creative and adaptable lessons \n
- A collaborative and positive team player \n
